Homnivores is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with independent hosts. Hosts are responsible for truthful listings, food safety, local law compliance, permits, taxes, guest safety, allergy disclosures, and appropriate insurance.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate allergy and dietary information, following house rules, and using Homnivores messaging and payment flows where available. Users may not bypass platform payments, harass others, discriminate, commit fraud, impersonate others, or create fake reviews.

Meals are prepared in home kitchens. Homnivores does not inspect every kitchen or prepare the food. Users accept the risks described in the safety and cancellation policies.
